- Length:18 weeks/100% online - Total Hours: 56 hours of live instruction Each week includes: 1× 2-hour small-group session and 1× 1-hour private 1-on-1 coaching + 2 hours capstone event - Session Format: Hybrid model (small group + private coaching) - Group Type: Healthcare-specific executive cohort (max 6 participants) - Capstone: Final recorded executive presentation or board briefing Private 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled twice during the 18-week program.
